Delete Your Account

Last updated August 6, 2026

GymPal is made by UNKODE DEVHOUSE. This page explains how to permanently delete your GymPal account and the data tied to it.

GymPal accounts use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — there is no email/password account. You can request deletion two ways: right in the app, or by email if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in.

1. Delete from inside the app

  1. Open GymPal and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Delete by email

Use this option if you've uninstalled GymPal or can no longer sign in.

  1. From the email address associated with your account, email support@gympal.xyz.
  2. Ask us to delete your GymPal account.
  3. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following, immediately:

4. What is retained, and for how long

A small amount of data falls outside your account and is kept as follows:

5. Data on your device

Data stored locally on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. Settings also has a separate Reset all data option, which clears local data only — it does not delete your account.

6. Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it yourself in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
