Delete Your Account
Last updated August 6, 2026
GymPal is made by UNKODE DEVHOUSE. This page explains how to permanently delete your GymPal account and the data tied to it.
1. Delete from inside the app
- Open GymPal and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Delete by email
Use this option if you've uninstalled GymPal or can no longer sign in.
- From the email address associated with your account, email support@gympal.xyz.
- Ask us to delete your GymPal account.
- We'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following, immediately:
- Account identity: the email address and name we received from Apple or Google.
- Profile: name, date of birth, sex, height, body weight, training goal, training level, and any physical limitations you entered.
- Training data: your workouts, individual sets (weight, reps, RIR), attendance history, ranks, and XP.
- Saved gym location, if you chose to save one.
- AI Coach conversation history, in full.
4. What is retained, and for how long
A small amount of data falls outside your account and is kept as follows:
- Purchase and transaction records held by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. These are kept as required by tax and accounting law, are outside our control, and contain no training data.
- Encrypted backups of your account are purged within 90 days of deletion.
5. Data on your device
Data stored locally on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. Settings also has a separate Reset all data option, which clears local data only — it does not delete your account.
6. Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it yourself in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
7. Questions
